Preparing for the Final Quest introduces the idea that planning for and anticipating death can be done with the kind of thoughtfulness and thoroughness that one would prepare any other major life transition, such as a birth. With this in mind, we review  a variety of situations throughout adulthood which require our attention but which are often overlooked as "unlikely to occur". Making contingency plans - whether for changes in condition or for death experiences - can reduce the crisis-response and improve the overall resilience for our loved ones and our survivors.  Told through the story of Rowan's Quest with mentor Wim, each chapter includes real-world applications and tasks to review before you set off on your own final quest. 162 pages.
